Sanctuary Keepers
We ensure that the main sanctuary, church offices, and the general surrounding of the place of worship are kept clean and orderly at all times. We arrange the sanctuary and other areas to meet the needs of our various types of services.
Intercessory Group
This group is made up of members who come together to stand in the gap for the church through the help of the Holy Spirit who teaches us how to pray and also intercedes on our behalf. Just like the bible has enjoined us to pray for one another (Colossians 1: 9-14); we come together every Saturday evening to lift our voices in prayer. We believe prayer is still God’s mighty force in solving problems today. We believe prayer and action go hand in hand, and that through prayer God guides our diligent effort to carry out His will. As we seek his face in prayer we depend on his grace, and are determined to be people on whom God can depend on in the place of prayer.
Vision:
Our vision is to pray at all times, in and out of season and to pray for everything. Phil 4:6. To continually keep the fervor in the place of prayer throughout the year in order to avert the evil works of the enemy.
Focus:
- To understand the mind of God concerning every situation we face.
- To gain spiritual wisdom.
- To strive to know God better and better every day of our lives
- To be strengthened with God’s glorious power.
- To support our pastor in prayer.
- To pray for the growth of the church and every family represented.
- To pray for the country and all leaders in our society.
Ushering
The ushering department’s main responsibility is to maintain a comfortable atmosphere during church services. To accomplish that everyone has a pleasant experience, we warmly welcome all persons as they enter the sanctuary, maintain orderliness during services; thereby reducing distractions, take census, collect offerings and attend to all members needs during services.
